Gandomi is a former educator with a decade of education, technology, and communications consulting experience. At MindRocket, he directs client relationship and business strategy development efforts.
Gandomi brings more than 10 years of education and communications consulting experience, including extensive experience launching and implementing programs and products for education and technology companies, specializing in early-stage strategy development. He has directed multiple, concurrent professional development, curriculum development, and education technology projects and created marketable services for administrators, students, and teachers with for business, non-profit organizations, and state education agencies.
He plays an instrumental role in increasing client touchpoints and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and deliverables. His relevant experience in numerous critical areas of the education industry, as well as additional project management and business strategy development and implementation successes, expands the company’s market advisement and development efforts.
Gandomi began his career as a Teach for America corps member, teaching high school English in Oakland, California. He co-founded the Center for Next Generation Teaching and Learning at UC-Berkeley, where he researched and developed support methods and approaches to promote student-centered and objective-based design approaches to technology integration, and currently serves as a member of the Texas Education Agency Industry Council for Business, Marketing, and Finance. He holds a B.A. in English from the University of Arizona and Masters of Information Management and Systems from UC-Berkeley.
Nate lives in Austin, TX. He is a recovering rock climber and can be seen with his daughter at the climbing gym most Saturday mornings. Nate grew up in Arizona and is a dedicated Phoenix Suns fan.
